      Thickness of the vinyl has no impact at all on the quality. You said you had a problem installing the 20mm stripes. They are cut from a red roll of Oracal 551 vinyl rated 8 years. The printed decals are on the same oracal vinyl. They are only thicker because we laminate after printing to protect the inks from fading. This doubles the thickness, zero difference in quality. They do not fail in the 2 weeks you had it. Better when you have a problem installing it to message me so I can help..
