    This is a good seller that cares for his customers. I received a two dollar red seal bill and I wasn t pleased with the condition of it. When I reached out to him for a return he gave me two options, he would give me a partial refund or I could return the bill for a full refund. He really went above what he needed to do to keep his customer happy. He turned a bad experience and turned it into a positive one. I will definitely buy from Sam again.
