      Best Loaf Pans for Yeast Sandwich Loaf Bread

      I’ve been baking all of our bread since January 2018. I like to use a 9”x5” pan for the loaves because you naturally get a larger loaf that lasts longer. I’ve been coveting a set of the Fat Daddio’s 9x5 loaf pans for several months now. I got a great deal on this eBay purchase. I especially like that the sides are not slanted which helps to bake nice high, uniform loaves. The aluminum heats quickly and evenly resulting in beautifully high loaves with a nice tender crust on the bottom and sides. I’m very pleased with these pans!

      Aluminum, the best metal for baking!

      This bread pan is aluminum and the perfect metal to use for baking just about anything. No other metals in pans is nearly as good. I have been baking for over 50 years so have enough experience to know.
