After contacting them, they backed off their initial refund statement of a full refund; and now want the customer to pay 50% for something that cannot be used. Paid over a $100, and they used a thin small box made for a 5lb part, and stuffed a 20lb part in there and shipped it across the world, and the packaging didn't survive --- it bounced around.
