Haven't tried it on the car yet or compared the color to the cars color but it looks good. Lots of product for what you pay, very good deal IMO as long as it matches up close. If this side project works out well I plan on buying more for all the little scratches and nicks my car body has. Tried on the car and appears to be darker than the original paint. Even though it looks darker it is still hard to see because it goes on very thin and spreads out over an area. I'm not sure which one I like better but so far I'm leaning towards this item because of the distribution of paint over the area and how it blends in and masks it self vs leaving a big drop or glob like others
