    As others Buyers have reported, Seller advertises old "orchid" style packaging - but ships the newer formula. I contacted the Seller 3 weeks ago asking that he/she correct the listing so it is accurate. Seller has not updated listing. As of right now, Seller is aware they are advertising a product different than what they are shipping to customers - hence negative feedback. See other negative feedback and neutral reviews reporting the same problem. Too much of a hassle to send back.

Was helpful in returning the item however I would have liked a message that the item was not available first rather than assuming I would take a different product line from the same company This gesture would have saved me the time to package up the not wanted product and returning it to USPS Return was free which was nice
