    Shipping cost and time were great. Basket has a broken weave, protector has a crack and was repaired with masking tape, and neither were shown in the pictures. Box has significant water damage, only one small area shown, larger area on the other side. Still waiting for a return label.

    I was not aware of a broken weave. Buyer didn’t reply if package was damaged in shipping. As for the liner, I did not charge for or include description for liner because it was left in the basket as an afterthought to protect the basket from wet umbrellas until the buyer would replace it. I’ve explained this several times but the buyer keeps using it as a tool to hurt me, when the liner shouldn’t be an issue. The umbrella was used as stated. It was not always in the box. The price was good.
