    Don't waste your money!

    It just plain and simply does not work. I have seen all the advertisements, it looks great. I have been suffering with excessive earwax since I was 12 years old, that's why I was excited to buy this item at such a great price, however after using it for the first time I got nothing, nadda, no earwax. I thought I was doing something wrong. I tried several different tips that come with this product, but still the same results... Nothing... No earwax, Not even a little bit. So in my opinion this products is a complete waste of money, and I'm back where I started, looking for a product that actually works.

    Good idea but needs improvements.

    The tips are too soft, I would like it to have tips of different hardness. All the tips are the same size, I would like them to be small, medium and large. I like that it can. I like that the ear wax cleaner can stay standing on the table.

    Good quality

    Decent price for the item and fast shipping. It just didn't work for me. It didn't fit far enough in my ear canal to touch the ear wax. Maybe that's a good thing? Either way it didn't remove the deep deposit of wax.

    Plastic Junk

    Terrible English printed on the instructions and the product simply does not work. I suspect this is a cheap clone of the real product. Either way clone or real Q-grip, it's trash.
