Does require some skill to install, as you must completely disassemble the gameboy and transfer the inner circuit board and screen to the new shell. The transparent snap on covers do not work with this shell because the pokeball design is raised slightly which prevents the snap on cover from fitting. Still a very shell aside from that.

In a lighted area, the bottom red shell (with the speaker holes) has many imperfections from the factory. I can see where the "start" and "select" buttons were stamped into the shell and the lower shell in general is somewhat transparent. There is an extremely visible bow when you screw the white and red bottom shells together (right where you slide your cartridge into the console). The gba game came package securely so no damage. This game is a BL (not that "BL") as shown from one of the img (left is the BL and the two on the right are legit gba games) when opened up. This game works as intended and is good for just playing the game! Just don't add it to your actual collection! Worth it for me! ty

Was slightly delayed but I think that was more so on usps and it ended up needing paid postage to get from usps which is also more less on them just due to it was over the weight of what to actually be free. Not an issue though was happy to pay for it still a better price for the condition it was in and it was packaged with care in mind.
