I'm very thin, couldn't find a suitable wrap in local big box stores, this brace fits. The measurements are very helpful, if you aren't sure the circumference of your arm, use a ribbon/string/shoelace, use that to go around your arm, (might need an extra set of hands) when the end of the string touches on the other side, hold that spot, then place the sting alongside a ruler to see length.
