Seller said it got returned twice because they sent it out as "flat" instead of parcel. They did communicate with me the first time it was returned saying they were it sending again but I had to message them when it still did not arrive. They were very polite and I did get a response back quickly with the explanation it had gotten returned again and they would send it again. When the kit did eventually arrive it was in good condition.
