    Made a mistake on buying a “local” only toy and the seller has not refunded after multiple attempts. Very very poor customer service.

    NOT TRUE. I asked buyer to cancel their order SINCE THEY WERE NEGLIGENT and ordered this regardless of it being "LOCAL PICKUP" only with no shipping...so they can specify it's their choice due to their mistake and I am not penalized seeming like I chose to cancel it. They refused to do it on their own.Then they LIED, as if I simply didn't bother shipping or refunding it for no reason. My track record shows 100% positive feedback until this FALSE FEEDBACK. Please remove it.
