    NAS Defender 90-what you need to know

    This is a direct fit for manual transmissions 1994-1995. For automatic transmissions 1997 it lacks the electrical connectors for the key alarm as well as the transmission interlock. What this means is that you won't get a reminder if you leave your keys in the ignition when you open your door. Without a transmission interlock, presumably you can turn the starter with the transmission in gear which I assume would damage the transmission.
