I messaged the seller with photos and details of what I received and what was missing. They continuously gaslit me into saying the helmet doesn’t come with the necessary cord to USE IT. I knew this was incorrect and after repeatedly being told I need to buy my own separately. I reached out to Castle X directly. They are immediately sending me the correct parts for FREE. After he called Castle, they sent me the photo of what they actually needed. Which is a different part.
