Given it current price it is good. To elaborate: I work with my bicycle a lot, and even though these pads aren't THE best thing in the world, they are quite good given the current price. Though I am going to nitpike, the part they give you doesn't quite perfectly lead to my bicycle having a perfect clearance. I had to use my own washers to fit it just right.

Using then to stop my bicycle that I normally ride at 20mph plus and they have suffered. I would not recommend them if you intend to do tricks like stoppies. I would not call them high grade, but for the price I am very pleased and would recommend for someone riding under 12mph.
