    This Porter Cable compressor is made in China . (just like you would expect.) This makes me skeptical of the materials used in the units manufacturing. The unit has Porter Cable plainly displayed on the unit which is associated with good quality. (It remains to be seen how good the quality and durability really are.) Only time will tell if the unit has any durability. It does what it says it will do. It pumps up to 150 lbs. fairly quick. The unit is rather noisy . I use the unit for pumping up tires. It is fairly light weight and fairly easy to carry. Hopefully it will last awhile.

    fast air pressure from 0 lbs to 150 lbs. in 45 seconds, weighs 22.3 lbs with coil hose on, nice carry handle, easy to store, mainly using to blow up car tires, compressos noise is tolerable, not intended for heavy duty use, this is a perfect compressor for the average homeowner, thanks...

    Excellent for high pressure tires

    I need 110# for my motorhome tires. Even tire shops have a hard time providing that pressure. This compressor works great. It kicks on at about 125# and off at 150 so it always produces more pressure than my tires need and had no trouble filling them up. I also like that I was able to run the compressor from the 2,000 watt inverter so I did not even have to look for a plug to connect it to.

    Compressor review

    I have only used twice, but I think this unit is a winner. It supplies enough air for my small HVLP touch up gun and has enough power for staple guns and is one of the more quieter compressors. A few more jobs and I think this will be a five star unit.

    home air compressor...

    moderately powerful, fills a car tire from a half level full to full (35 PSI) in about 2 minutes. A bit noisy but no ear protector needed in average garage area or outside. Accessory air chuck/ball needle/etc are light duty but will last couple years w average occassional home use. perfect for Winter tire Top-off as temps drop. Needs 110 volts. Easy to store and carry w one hand. Wish air included hose was closer to 30' (elec cord is about 15') and heavier duty but all these accessories are easily/cheaply upgraded as needed!
