    So, I’ve bought plenty of Webkinz off of eBay before. Every single one was shipped fast, it was cheap because unless they’re super rare, people keep them in their houses until they’re ready to give them away. All of this was true for this seller, up until I realized they didn’t send an enclosed tag. Does something have to be brand new to receive a code? No, people sell the plush and give virtual vouchers all the time! This was not the case. The seller could have but didn’t. Make your judgment.
