Picture includes the product fully extended next to a real camera tripod rated for 8kg (17 lbs) the product is fully extended the orange one is not. However for inside controlled environment with no wind or people moving around it's suitable for use. But if you have a high dollar phone, or outside use, I suggest buying a real tripod and order a cellphone head.
