The buttons are very low profile and hard to find, and if you miss and only double click, it redials the previous number. Also, the range is very small compared to my other neckband. I can hear really good watching clips on social media, but when someone calls me the quality is not so good. Now I can't hear anything at all out of the left side. The battery life is excellent. If the sound quality can be improved, then the is a great bluetooth. I'm not speaking negative bout them. I love them, just a few miner issues.
