    The power supply arrived quickly but was shipped in a plastic bag rather than in a box for shipping protection. This is only a 12 volt supply not 13.8 volts. The supply does work but it generates lots of RFI on the lower HF bands. It has less RFI on vhf/uhf. It seems to work ok for battery charging.

    Not sure what the difference is between a padded bag and box for an item that is not typically protected in the field. I have 2 705's with the same power supply and I have no RFI issues. It might be helpful post a video of your setup and where the RFI is showing up. I have sold many of these PS with no reports of RFI. The voltage and amperage are clearly stated in the listing and within the Icoms power guidelines.
