    I was very disappointed with this seller. They shipped me an old dvd player that was not even a blu-ray player in a box that was for a BDP-3500 blu ray player. The listing displayed it as a BDP-S3500 in its original box. I do not know how you can ship an entirely different player with old components cable without realizing it. It caused me time to ship it back but the seller did return my money and shiping when he/she received the return. The seller never even contacted me with apology.
