Took about 9 business days to arrive from time of shipping (I’m in Pennsylvania). Packaged well, absolutely no issues there. Instructions included are based on the basic machine with no helper arms. But it wasn’t difficult to figure out how to assemble this model based off their photos/video. I look forward to seeing how this machine holds up and possibly buying more equipment from them.
