It has absolutely NO "sliders". There are two Variable resistors that you as the buyer need to set for whichever joystick you connect to it for the X and Y axis. This item works perfectly—absolutely no issues! The seller also provides excellent and detailed information on calibrating the device using MECC Computer Inspector and Apple IIe/IIc Diagnostics.
