I set it up by myself (it would be great if you have help---especially when setting the roof). So far, so good...it's summer 2024 in Texas. I've already parked a few cars at a time, compact, minivan, sport coupe, and they fit well inside of the tent. I'm curious as to how it will resolve in the cold weather. For a total price of $516.34 (after tax), the tent is nice. Thanks.

Although received in 2 shipments the seller provided notice of the delay. I was NOT happy with the shipping service. The packages were left in the open during a significant rain storm without notice or warning when a covered option was available. They got soaked! Good thing they were packed in heavy cardboard boxes or the product would have been damaged.
