Anyways, I would recommend ordering a size bigger then what you think though, that's what i did, i got the medium and that fits almost perfectly (barely lol). yeah the small would have been way too small and this is a small female cat. otherwise, yeah cheap price, I'd recommend. perhaps put your own leash on it though, but this one works fine.
