    No shaft play at all. You will need to tap it for wastegate hose though as it doesn't come pre-tapped. Spools pretty decent on my 1.8 miata. around 4k rpm 15 psi.

    Great size turbo for a 1.6L Miata. Spools fully around 4000rpm and continues to hold boost until redline! Can't go wrong at this price point. No shaft play or defects, though I wish it had a vacuum port on the compressor housing. Minor issue if you are comfortable drilling and tapping. All in all, 5 stars!
