It came with no instructions and the fuel adjustment was way too high, but after I filled & fiddled with it for a while, I got the flame set properly. To set the flame, I turned the brass slotted screw all the way in, and then I backed it off a quarter turn at a time until I got the flame where it was supposed to be. Hopefully the law does not consider this "paraphernalia". All's well that ends well. Very good & pretty cool lighter. Thank you.
