      I did not expect perfect with the cost of the item however I did expect to receive the product that I purchased though. Android 13? System itself says Android 12 - I could look past that, in actuality it is ANDROID 9 - the unit is not at all snappy I honestly doubt the hardware specs listed... The facia had a scratch on the top and a corner edge missing (seems to be a manufacture error) - it's ok though I was offered $5 - how about replace the facia? Nah. Would not buy again!! Slow support!
