    My HP41CX failed after 40 years. Several items needed to be replaced or repaired: The battery compartment, corrosion on the main circuit board, and the screw posts had broken. The repairs were done within three days of the evaluation being done. The calculator was received a week after it was repaired. Calculator was well packaged so that the slightly crushed box did not damage the calculator. Shipment was by USPS both ways. I highly recommend this vendor. Commuication with vendor was great.
