When it arrived the box had damage and a few parts had fallen out. I co tacted them again. And they sent out a compleatly new hardware set. In case I was missing other parts. That I had not noticed. Excellent summer or winter jacket, lining removes for summer weather, providing plenty of venting. I certainly saved this seller!
