    Magazine was as described worked well had good build quality however the claim of 7 rounds feels like a stretch it can do 7 but it works best under loaded at 5 because failure to feeds occur at 6 and 7 this is especially prevalent if your mag well retaining spring is in less than good condition rounds 6 and 7 push the nose too high and the bolt will not properly feed so it will dislodge the magazine mid cycle

    A small amount of grease on the inside of the magazine can help, but the rifles are nearly 100 years old and worn parts like springs can be a problem.. We are working on replacements for these parts.

Not only is the build quality exceptional, the magazines arrived super quickly with zero issues. Top notch stuff, these will keep my great grandpa's old rifle firing for years to come.

    Good quality, built well, and seems to work great. I am actually very happy and impressed with the build quality, but it does not work with early savage 19 NRA/sporter (the early mags have a different follower and a few other differences ). The pic’s I included show an early savage 19 NRA/ sporter magazine, a later model 19 NRA/ sporter magazine, then the magazine I purchased.
