    I received the brackets today and they are dirty with a black oily substance on one side (which was not displayed in photo and secondly…THESE ARE BRACKETS FOR ELFA WOOD SHELVES, NOT METAL/WIRE SHELVES. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and a waste of the buyers money! Know your product before you list the items…..very frustrating as this has now happened to me 3 times!! Very unfair to the buyers and the seller does not accept refunds!!!! A loss to buyers!
