I called Epson to get assistance, and they sent me to Howly, which I had to pay to use. After almost 2 hours the printer seems to be working, but at the cost of my blood pressure. I was also NOT aware that the printer was a refurbished machine. That is what the box says. You need to be more transparent in your descriptions.
