      Good and bad. Free shipping is not really free. Sellers must have a disclaimer like "Free shipping to lower 48 states," if not then free game for negative feedback and costly shipping. It's only fair if seller is going to promote free shipping for more sales, business or seller must eat the shipping costs. That's good business practice. But due to seller's great communication and timely refund and no further problems, hence the neutral feedback.
