    Complete Vitamins n' then some!

    This multi vitamin has gathered all the usual suspects, in the vitamin catergory that is. Plus has the extra bonus of Tribulus, which like L-Argine and other like ingredients/roots etc found in protein whey powder (which I also use) I also supplement with other vitamins to bump up immunity such as 500mg of Vitamin C 2X a day. Along with an annual flu shot (get it earlier b4 flu season) I've dodged the bullet of getting sick. 'Cause even with regular exercise, and hand washing etc. it's sometimes difficult to avoid contact with sick people. I'm also stepping up my game of defense, with pure garlic extract pills (I prefer eating real garlic say chopped up in blueberry yogurt but isn't always practical as a daily routine) Also I also reordered Neem Oil, and Tea Tree Oil, and also Oil of ...

    GAT BCAA's

    I've tried Manny BCAA's which where pretty darn good, but GAT's BCAA's are high quality and fast deliver to assist with recovery. No one wants to be sore for days from over training, but GAT's BCAA's will assist in removing acid build up in the muscle tissue. A+++

    Pricey, excellent quality multi for men, but not better for ingredients compered to Opt-men, or Vitamode. The "TEST BOOST" is Tibullus... that has NO legitimate controlled lab results found to improve testosterone. which is my guess why the price is higher then the competition.
