I know doctors say, "No don't douche, etc"... but come on ladies your vagina can clean itself, but will it clean"ALL" of the little bugs"? No, this betadine douche is great! The first sign of BV, and using this douche clears it up for good. It's great for refreshing after sex, your monthly menstruals, the first week after. So don't be skeptical go ahead and try it. A little goes a long way.
