Due to bad packing, one of the transformer’s mounting tabs penetrated the exterior of the box and was badly bent over. I contacted seller and told him problem was due to his packing. He never acknowledged this even though I sent pictures. He did offer me a refund, but I needed it for an amp I had. I offered to straighten out the tab but he said that if it broke off, it was MY problem. Seller unhelpful and rude!Reply from: makinrose- Feedback replied by seller makinrose.- Feedback replied by seller makinrose.This buy had an issue with shipping damage, so we offered to send a shipping label and given him a full refund. Despite this he was hostile and wanted to alter the item and demanded we take the full risk for his alteration. Obviously, that was not agreeable.
