    Thin, light, nimble.

    Thin, light, nimble, more substantial than a paring knife with enough blade height to not rap your knuckles on the cutting board. A word of caution, this is a thin blade. Probably the wrong choice for hard fruits or veggies, certainly avoid any sort of prying or twisting of the cutting edge.
