      Although the item came as described I'm leaving neutral feedback. It took 17 days to finally reach me. This is not the seller's fault but our illustrious US Postal service. However I can't believe this plastic bird feeder was only packed in a bubble mailer! No box, just an envelope. It's a miracle that it wasn't broken in shipment. On another note, the seller is listed in CA, but is actually in China.
