    The carburetor arrived in a WELL protected package, sealed in a bag to protect from debris. It’s so clean it’s hard to distinguish from a new one. I installed it yesterday and the truck started almost immediately. The seller’s communication was top notch. I had to pay an extra $45 to get it through Customs. No problem once I verified the notice was legitimate.
