From the photo shown and quick glance of description to assure product, it appeared as if only the top came off but it truly needs to be assembled. Title should say assembly needed. I even included a note with my order asking the seller to verify the condition before shipping. They ignored it. Very disappointing experience. Seller was unresponsive and careless.
