My only complaint is that the packaging was very poor. The box is very flimsy. The box arrived completely open at both ends and nobody along the way bothered to stop and tape up the ends!. Luckily, the chimes are already assembled and are one piece, so nothing fell out. They are very sturdy and didn’t get chipped or dented.
