    We always double check our products before we send them out to make sure they are in line with the listing. Buyer received the package on 3/20/25 and then opened a claim on 3/29/25 stating product was opened. Again we always make sure every product we send out is as described in this case the product was sent out NEW and unopened. We even tried asking if we can get their local authorities involved since there might be fraud involved but we never got an answer. We suspect buyer is a scammer.

    I purchased 2 Buy It Now transactions from this seller. Very well packaged. Each transaction was in its own sealed bag. The bags were then packed in an appropriately sized box. The purchased items were in very good condition. There were no odd smells or stains on any of the items. The only negative is the cost of shipping. I paid separate shipping prices but the items were combined which should have lowered the shipping costs. 9 days for items to ship and arrive.
