Test a person's visual acuity with this Prestige Medical Snellen pocket eye chart. This pocket version of the iconic eye chart has rows of letters that allow a medical professional to check a person's vision. There is also a pupil size chart, which could be used to check for dilation of the pupils. On the reverse side of the chart, there is a 6-inch ruler for measuring the size of a person's eyes. The chart measures 2.5 inches wide by 6.5 inches long.
