At first I though it was gong to be toy liike, and not suction up much, but after it was charged, I tested it in my car. It did get up pet hair, crumbs and dirt. So for the value, it preforms in a small way, and gets the job done. The only complaint I have, is that, the instructions are very vague. It says nothing about any light indicator, changing colors when vacuum is charged. I left it on the charger for three hours and the light never changed.
