One of the little black thread caps(protectors was missing but not a biggie.Two (front) of the four of the plastic case clips was partially broken (about to come off ) but I.ll try some adhesive to repair.There are two more to hold down.These types of case locks don't fare to well anyways and usually break off in time due to the product being an economy item.The product is seemingly in good shape .It does have all of the extras to maintain the functionality.
