    The item is not usable. The seller said it was working/usable the crack in the bowl makes the item not function as needed. The crack mentioned in the post should have been more clear. This is not a working item. The seller will not take returns and I pleaded with them to return and even offered to pay for shipping back. The response was no. I also paid for insurance. Total of $300+ wasted.

    The item was tested and is working- as stated in the listing. The bowl was shown in the photos with the damage as well as a description of the damage detailed in the item description. I can not be responsible for you failing to read the description and look at the photos. It was clearly shown and detailed. You did not plead with me- you tried claiming the item arrived damaged and then demanded a refund trying to put blame on me for you failing to read the item's description. SELLERS BEWARE!!!!!
