Unfortunately the headset doesn't have as loud of sidetone as I was trying to get, but that is no fault of the seller. I found the option in the Plantronics software to turn up the sidetone to "High" but even then the sidetone isn't as loud as I'm trying to get. It is probably loud enough for most people.
