      THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A NEUTRAL, BUT BECAUSE HE IS JUST RESTARTING HIS ACTIVITY ON EBAY, I WENT WITH A POSITIVE, BASED ON THE FACT THAT HE DID ISSUE A FULL REFUND AND AN APOLOGY, BUT ONLY AFTER I HAD SENT 4 MESSAGES (WITH NO RESPONSE) INFORMING THAT FED-EX DELIVERED ITEM TO WRONG ADDRESS THAT WAS GIVEN BY SELLER. ALSO THE WEIGHT OF 4 POUNDS ON THEIR TRACKING NUMBER, IT OBVIOUSLY WASN'T THE 5.18 POUND BAG THAT WAS LISTED, ORDERED, AND PAID FOR. AFTER INVOLVING EBAY, I HEARD FROM HIM WITH REFUND.
