But their packaging was so wonderful that the plant was beautiful and fine, wrapped up in a puppy pad to preserve moisture, and lots of brown paper to keep it safe. It’s beautiful, in spite of the post office who did their best to destroy it. Great supplier!

When the item arrived it was loose cuttings in a box wrapped with wet dog potty pads and a surgical gown. I have never seen such an absurd packaging job. I reached out to him to ask when the packages would be shipped since he created a label and it hasn't updated in days and he was rude in . Chose my color , the seller acknowledged the choice. When it arrived , it was the wrong color. Contacted seller, who then gave me the choice to buy another plant of the correct color and he/she/they would send me two of the correct color plant , thereby getting 2 sales, and 2 shipping fees. This is what happens when you forget to check the feedback score and then discover you bought from a 83.1
